The journey along the Barkley Highway was 465kms, of long straight road, the second half of the road was in better condition than the first. Last time we travelled this road we stopped at the Barkley Homestead for the night, this time though we stopped got fuel and kept going. We spent the night at “The Pebbles” and are now in new territory looking forward to all the new things. When we stayed here we met Annette & Ben.

The next day we were at Tennant Creek getting fuel and water when the “A-Frame” that connects Frank to Mia broke. Fortunately we found a local engineering company that were happy to help us repair the broken part and two hours later we were back on the road. Thank heaps Gary.
