This is our first morning waking up in the tent for this trip, we are a bit rusty on how everything fits into Frank, it is like a game of tetris, everything must go in its spot otherwise it just doesn’t fit.
Today we plan to drive to Silent Grove Camp Ground, to get there we drive for 20kms north where we meet back up with the GRR, then head east for 100kms, then turn north for 20 kms to arrive at Silent Grove. A further 10kms north is Bell Gorge.
On our way here today we stopped in at Lennard Gorge, this is a Class 4, 3km return trail. The trail was OK but there was no breeze, very hot, and when we got there, no water was running. In hindsight we could have done without this stop.

We continued onto Silent Grove, had Lunch and setup our campsite. We then headed out to Bells Gorge, well now we feel even more annoyed that we stopped at Lennard Gorge when we could have been here for the day enjoying this little patch of paradise. The water was cool, but like anywhere once your in for a bit your body adjusts, just beautiful.
