Today we travelled a further 415 kms to arrive at Quobba Blow holes, one of our stops along the way was at the Strombolites, it was here that we met 4 girls of similar ages to our daughters who had hired a campervan from Perth, check out the condition of the tyre.

- Check out the flys
We made it in time to watch the sun set once again over the western ocean however this time we got watch the spectacular show of the blowholes at the same time.
To top of a great afternoon we were able to have our first campfire for the trip, what a great night, the stars were absolutely magnificent and just as we eventually prepared for bed we witnessed some of the 2019 Eta Aquarid meteor shower which is apparently from Halley’s Comet. Wow! what a day.
