In Julia Creek and stayed at the free camp just outside of town. Unfortunately the wind really blew up overnight and the forecast had it hanging around for a few days. We would have loved to enjoy the funky bath houses that are fed directly from the Great Artesian Basin at 36°, but with the wind it wouldn’t have been enjoyable. The town is really small but also really embraces the tourists.
