Derby

We are now staying at the caravan park in Derby, Frank is fixed, everything is back to comfortable.

Luke from Mt Elizabeth told us how he had never cooked a mud crab before, we decided that with his birthday being in the coming week we would source some live Mud Crabs, and get them on the supply truck that leaves in a couple of days. We reckon that would be a neat birthday surprise as the truck arrives out there the day before his birthday. We went and spoke with the manager of the caravan park on where to get some live crabs, he said, from the river, he loaned us some pots and told us of great spot, he said that no tourists go to this spot because they’re all scared of Crocs. We tried for two days, and only got two little ones, so no keepers, look like Luke misses out, he never knew anyway.

When we were down crabbing the mechanic that fixed Frank suggested that considering the weight that we have in Frank we should think about strengthening the diff. After a bit of a chat and him learning that Col can weld, he offered us the use of his welder, workshop hoist and even some steel so that we can make Frank even tougher. Thanks to this bit of work, Aidan had given Frank a surname, he is now to be known as Frank N. Stein.
