Castle Rock has a 4.4km return hike / climb that leads to a ladder and walking platform that is suspended off the face of the Castle Rock summit. The hike to the summit was not to difficult however when you get to the top the natural formation of the landscape is perhaps enhanced with the man-made engineering of this suspended platform that sees you standing on a mesh platform hovering beside the summit with nothing below for quite a long way. It really was exhilarating.
We would have loved to get some drone footage when we were up the top but it was just too windy.
