We left MIA in Broome and went for another camping adventure in Frank, this time to Cape Leveque which is 209kms north of Broome.
On our way up we stopped into Beagle Bay which has a small community, school, bakery and convenience store and there prized tourist attracting sacred church. The church has amazing history and features Pearl shells cast in the stone work, very beautiful.
Can you believe that they invite you to ring the bells, how awesome
Whoops!
We finished the Day at Smithy’s Beach, this where we stayed for 2 nights

We popped into the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, check out how they launch a boat.
We stayed the next night at Gumbanan which is near One Arm Point, here we met Rob & Pamela who are traditional Bardi people. They were kind enough to spend some time with us, share some stories and invite us out to One Arm Point. Zac showed us around the hatchery. Rob has invited us back to spend some more time with them, and hopefully make it to coincide with when the Bardi Dancers are performing around July.
We spent the next two nights at Koojaman at Cape Leveque, we were very settled here, we pretty much swam, sat on the beach and watch the tides come in & out and the sun rise and set, very relaxing, and beautiful.
