Wow, we had no idea what being a Dairy Farmer entails. We stayed the night with Harry & Al, and Zac & Keeley, on their Dairy Farm. Col helped with afternoon & Morning milking an Rach helped Al teach the new born calf to drink from a troph. It was a eye opening experience, seeing and hearing what goes on first hand. This is also where we saw our first ever platypus.

On our way here we stopped in at Innot Hot Springs, the water in some places in this stream gets upto 75° degrees. We got talking with a local bloke who told us that he will wrap a fish in foil, and place it and a couple of eggs in for dinner. The fish steams, and the eggs boil. Not sure if he was serious or not but interesting all the same.
